We accept M-Pesa payments only. The payment is sent directly to the bus operator via STK push.
Yes. Cancellations more than 48 hours before departure get a full travel voucher. 12–48 hours: 30% penalty. 2–12 hours: 50% penalty. Less than 2 hours: ticket is forfeited. One change per booking.
Your PDF ticket is sent to your phone via SMS immediately after payment. You can also download it from the booking confirmation page.
The operator will notify you via SMS. If your trip is cancelled, you can request a reschedule or voucher through the cancellation process.
For a small fee of KES 20, you'll receive SMS reminders at 24 hours, 12 hours, 4 hours, and 1 hour before departure.
Yes. Payments go directly to the bus operator's M-Pesa account. Roova never holds your money. All data is encrypted.
